Delivery is included in the final price of your order. However, depending on your location, there may be additional logistics charges. All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner. We will notify you of your scheduled delivery date in advance. We do not accept returns for products ordered in error by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect products, effects, finishes, or frame colours selected, as well as any other issue that is not related to manufacturing defect or delivery damage. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us immediately.
