Sustainable Excellence in Every Tile

Free from glazes and made entirely from natural raw materials, our porcelain tiles are created through a closed-loop production process, significantly reducing waste.

This advanced process incorporates groundbreaking sustainability techniques, with ultra-low emissions and minimal environmental dispersions.

Proven Commitment to Sustainability

As a company, we are dedicated to continuous development in sustainability. We collaborate closely with our partners throughout both pre and postproduction to remain at the forefront of sustainable best practices.

To date, our products have contributed to the recovery of over 20,000 tons of raw materials, achieved a 100% reduction in water impact, and are produced using 96% self-generated energy.

Additionally, we exclusively use 100% recycled FAO pallets and eco-conscious packaging.

Manufacturing Process

Mobilia Stone is committed to sustainability across multiple areas of operations to harness renewable energy. In terms of sustainable mobility, the facility operates electric mopeds and electric forklifts to reduce carbon emissions. Regarding packaging practices, 44% of packaging materials are made from recycled polyethylene, and 30% of pallets are FSC-certified, demonstrating a commitment to environmentally responsible sourcing.
