Porcelain Tile Shade & Variation Acknowledgment

Porcelain tiles are manufactured products and, as such, are subject to natural shade, tone, texture, and surface variation between production batches (known as “shade variation” or “batch variation”).

By placing an order with Mobilia Stone, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Shade & Tone Variation

  • Variations in colour, shade, tone, pattern, and texture may occur between tiles and furniture.
  • Tiles from different manufacturing batches may differ slightly in appearance.
  • These variations are a normal and expected characteristic of porcelain tile manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.

Batch Consistency

  • We strongly recommend that customers order sufficient quantities (including 10–15% overage for cuts and breakages) at the time of purchase to ensure consistency from the same batch.
  • We cannot guarantee that additional tiles ordered at a later date will match the original batch.

Display & Photography Disclaimer

  • Images shown on our website, brochures, and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Colours may appear different depending on lighting, screen settings, and installation environment.

Inspection Prior to Installation

  • Customers and/or installers must inspect all tiles prior to installation.
  • Any concerns regarding shade variation must be raised before installation.
  • Installation of tiles constitutes acceptance of the product.
  • Only in cases where we deem the shading variation to be extreme will we consider exchange

No Liability for Shade Variation

  • Mobilia Stone shall not be held liable for perceived colour differences, shade variation, or batch variation where such differences are inherent to the manufacturing process.
  • Claims relating to shade variation will not be accepted once tiles have been installed.

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature of porcelain tile shade variation and agree to the above terms.
