Returns and Damaged Deliveries Policy

We do not accept returns for products ordered in error by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect products, effects, finishes, or frame colours selected, as well as any other issue that is not related to manufacturing defect or delivery damage.

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us immediately. To assist in resolving the matter promptly, please ensure that images of the damage are sent to us while the product remains in its delivery crate. We kindly request that you contact us as soon as the damage is noticed and email the images for review.
