Delivery Information – Ensuring Your Order Arrives Safely
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders, with delivery costs included in the purchase price. For a more elevated experience, our White Glove Delivery Service is available for an additional fee.
Deliveries to certain remote locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, may incur a supplementary charge. Where applicable, this will always be confirmed prior to dispatch.
All deliveries are entrusted to our carefully selected logistics partners. You will be contacted in advance to confirm your scheduled delivery date. A signature is required upon arrival; therefore, the buyer or an authorised representative must be present to check and accept the delivery.
Our bespoke porcelain stoneware furnishing and tiles are crafted in Italy and transported with exceptional care. Each item is secured within a reinforced timber crate, ensuring maximum protection throughout its journey. Upon delivery, the responsibility for the disposal of all packaging materials, including timber crating, rests with the customer under standard delivery.
We work in close collaboration with our Italian manufacturing partners to ensure every piece arrives in impeccable condition—ready to be enjoyed.
Standard Free Delivery – Key Details
- Deliveries are scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00
- All deliveries are kerbside, to a safe and accessible location at the property
- Delivery teams are not authorised to enter the property or move items beyond the agreed drop-off point
- For larger or pre-assembled pieces, including dining tables, sufficient assistance must be arranged to move the item indoors
Prior to Delivery, Customers Are Responsible For:
- Ensuring adequate access, including doorways, hallways, and entry points
- Preparing and clearing the designated space in advance
- Unpacking and positioning the item within the property
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence at the agreed time, a re-delivery charge will apply.
